NO SHOW/ Cancellation Policy
When cancelling within 24 hours of your pre-scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 75% will be charged to the credit card on file. If no card is on file, you will be required to place a card on file to reserve your next appointment. Same day cancellations & NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% + 20% gratuity.
